Awesome, worth it! October 23, 2008 D. Rockey (colorado) As a mother of six children, I've learned what toys are worth it and which ones are not. My son just turned 1 a few days ago and his grandparents gave this to him. I'm very impressed with it. Even my 5 year old thinks it's great! It hasn't tipped over on my 1 year old yet and he loves it. Great product especially for the price!
My Nephew loved it October 22, 2008 qplushq (California, USA) I got this toy because it got good reviews and for good reason. It was fun watching my nephew play with it, he really liked it.
Great little toy that Grows! September 30, 2008 Angela Lee (Madison, AL) I LOVE getting toys for my little one that have a little growth with them. This happens to be one of those toys. Your little one can use at least some components of it from the time they are able to hold their head up and have "tummy time" until they are at least a couple of years old. The "dashboard" comes off the toy and is great fun for babies to push buttons, turn wheels, an pull on the lever. Once they get a little older, they can use the toy as a rocker to ride on. My daughter had lots of fun with that aspect of it. It is very sturdy and I never saw it almost tip over, but I would still be extremely careful about not being close by when your little one is on it. I know this is common sense, and doesn't really need to be said, but it simply makes be feel better by saying it. Like another reviewer stated, it isn't the greatest ride-on toy, but is still just fine for that purpose. To make it into a ride on toy, you simply take the "rockers" and turn them upside down. My husband was able to do this in just a minute or two. I have had other parents come to my house and ask what this toy is. Their kids absolutely LOVE it. I would have to say that I am having a hard time finding anything really wrong with this toy. It is great, my daughter and her friends love it, and it lasts beyond a stage (or two!). Can't recommend it highly enough.
This is our BEST BUY August 26, 2008 Yan Gai (Syracuse, NY USA) It's the birthday gift for my son. I just wish I've had this toy in my childhood. There are 3 modes, musical, driving, alphabetic. The driving mode is especially fun. When you shift the gear, you will hear the simulated sound of speeding up, slowing down, and a voice will tell you "we're speeding up", "let's drive slowly", things like that. This is definitely THE BEST toy we have!
Great toy! July 13, 2008 here i am again 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I searched on the internet for my son's first riding toy for Christmas. He was 10 months at the time. Ratings were good so I looked at the actual product in a local store. On first glance in the box it looked cheap. Decided not to get it. Out of despiration closer to Christmas I bought it and I am soooo glad I did. It is a great toy!!! As from previous reviews, when it is in the riding mode, it doesn't function well with rolling. However, when the bottom is converted in the rocking mode, my son sat and played for long periods of time. He couldn't walk by it without sitting on it even for a few seconds. As for construction, toys for this age group are grosely over priced. You are getting what you pay for and construction was very acceptable for age range. After just a few trys my 10 month old was able to get on and off without any problem. Had more functions than I realized when making the decision to buy. I would buy again and recommend to others!
