this gel cushion has made all the difference in the world to my wrist and forearm, it was becoming quite painful with my laptop to be able to do other things .
my wrist and forearm would tighten up so much as to hardly be able to hold the phone or open a package . the pain was excruciating . and now it no longer is a problem.

I am a person who uses a PC for many reasons for several hours a day, but no matter what I did my hand and wrist would become unbearably sore. This gel rest seemed to be the one for me based on the reviews and the fact that it looks nice. That said I used the rest for a few days and noticed that my wrist was in less pain then before. It definitely got the job done and although I would have preferred the rest to be a tad softer, I am pleased with my purchase.

We are using softer materials for our wrist rests and this gel material is my personal favorite. Some people here prefer the beaded materials. It's about half and half. Nice quality, good price and quick delivery. No complaints.

I have four of these- one for my computer at home, one for my wrist for my computer at work, and two for my elbows at work. Since I don't have a keyboard tray at work, I tend to rest my elbows on my desk, and they started aching after a while, and these little pads are PERFECT.
