The Steel String Acoustic Guitar has a loud, bright ringing tone that clearly projects to the listener. This type of guitar is the backbone of most country and bluegrass bands. It's perfect for backing a singer and its stylistic palette encompasses everything from New Age and Country Blues, to hot Bluegrass flatpicking, jazz fusion and "unplugged" rock. Sound, beauty and price were all blended together when this guitar was created. From the deep, warm tones of the Mahogany back and sides to the loud, bright projection of the Solid Spruce top you'll never want to play anything else after you've put your hands one one of these guitars.

Good January 22, 2010 Zooey (Los Angeles) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read all the reviews before purchasing, and I just received this in the mail, I am a beginner, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was packaged nicely and the tuner pipe is quite handy! I have already begun learning some simple songs and I am verrry happy with this guitar!
Great Value for a Beginner December 26, 2009 Steve (VA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this guitar for my 11 year old daughter who is just starting out on one. It has a look feel and sound of a more expensive guitar. The accessories seal the deal for a beginners bargain. I looked at similarly priced guitars at department stores and no of them measured up to this one. Other reviews had me a little worried but after we got it I was very satisfied.
