Love love love it!!! March 15, 2010 ColleenCG (Canada) What a great mix and Jeff is awesome on this just like he was in the movie! There isn't a bad song on this cd and so many to call a favorite.
Crazy Heart review March 12, 2010 Suzy Q (Spokane, WA) The music from Crazy Heart is fantastic. Jeff Bridges is a great musician and sings his own songs from the movie. I love the way they have mixed vintage country songs in with the new movie songs. Jeff Bridges gives Crazy Heart a heart.
Great Crazy Music March 11, 2010 Texas vol fan (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
When I saw the movie, I knew I had to get the CD. It was sold out all over town. I found it on Amazon, ordered it, and got it two days later. What service! What a soundtrack!
movie and the music are great! March 11, 2010 Bernadette A. Moyer (Lutherville, MD USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Wasn't sure what I was getting into, saw the movie and thought it was well done. I was a bit shocked at how good Jeff Bridges sounds considering you think of him as an actor first. When you go to Nashville and visit places like Tootsie's, The Ryman, The Wildhorse, well this is what this music reminded me of, it feels "real" not perfect but authentic. I really liked Fallin' and Flyin' and there is a Waylon Jennings classic, overall I enjoyed the music and the movie. I was happy to see Jeff Bridges earn an Oscar.
Hit Soundtrack for a hit movie! March 10, 2010 runsUltras (LAND O LAKES, FL USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This soundtrack introduced me to Ryan Bingham, an awesome artist out of Texas. I can really appreciate this original soundtrack and it deserved the academy award that the Weary Kind received. This even has a Lucinda Williams song included, which is a bonus.
