excellent choice December 28, 2008 Diana R. Kay (East Alton Il) This CD proves that jeremy Camp just keeps getting better and better. This is a great mixture of ballad, mid tempo and up tempo tunes. jeremy songwriting is especially poingnant of Tunes like When you are Near. This CD seems to show a very personal side of Jeremy and his walk with God. just listen to What it Means and Let it Fade and you'll understand. It is a must have for any Christian.
Power + Spirit= Beyond Measure= Jeremy Camp December 8, 2008 Jacob Cowell (Waterloo, IA USA) Minus the intimate acoustic disk, this is my favorite Camp album by far. This young man is alive with the Spirit, and it shines through in his music, which is showcased on "Beyond Measure". We've got some rockers here and we've got some softies here as well, one thing is for sure: we've got Jesus here. This one starts out with the hard rockin' Tonight and doesn't let up as we continue through the disk. We've got the beautiful melody coming from the acoustic guitar on Let it Fade, which was also a radio smash. We've got the stirring ending with the shouting of repeated Halleluja on Feels Like. We've got the sing along anthem of Give You Glory, which has become one of the most recent additions to worship services in Vineyard churches around the country. And we've got my personal favorite, the title track Beyond Measure. The piano is beautiful and the words stir me every time I listen to it. This is a great album. Peace and Love, Jake
Great CD for Softer Rock November 11, 2008 Robert E. Carper Jeremy Camp is a great artist and has very inspirational music, this is a must have for any library.
It's not THAT different... November 10, 2008 Cara (Springfield, VA United States) A lot of these reviews are focusing on how different this CD is from his previous work. There are some differences, but it's still Jeremy Camp, so if you're a fan of his music, you'll be a fan of this work as well. It's a great CD. Wouldn't it be boring if all of his work sounded alike anyway? Get it, you won't be disappointed.
Great CD. September 12, 2008 Anthony L. Bowers Jeremy Camp is one of my favorite soloist. I liked this CD a lot, it has a lot of 4 & 5 star songs on it.
