MIU France 2-piece blue silicone spatula set, item # 4486. The spatulas heads are made with food grade FDA-approved silicone, which is heat resistant up to 650?F. This ensures that the spatula will not melt or singe while cooking. The handles are constructed from polished stainless steel. These silicone spatulas are ideal for use with non-stick or metal cookware since they will not scratch the surface. The larger spatula is 12-inches long with a 2.5-inch head. The smaller spatula is 10-inches long with a 2-inch head. Although the spatula head is heat resistant, the handle may still retain heat if left in a hot pot or over direct heat. It is best to set the spatula off to the side of the stove on a trivet when not in use. The spatulas have can be stored on a pot rack or hanged on a hook. They are dishwasher safe.

They are just what they say they are and I love them. I was tired of the old rubber ones and these are a lot nicer. A little hard but haven't used them much. They arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

I am a professional in the pastry industry and these spatulas are the best I've used; at home and in commercial kitchens. They are the perfect balance of firmness and flexibility. The metal handles are sturdy and don't bend when folding a stiff mixture. They also can be removed for more thorough washing. I highly recommend these spatulas.

Love these spatulas! The smooth surface is great - no bulge in the middle to get in the way. Nice smooth scraping edge and very sturdy. I've had them for 8 months now and use them often. And they stand up to heat and the dishwasher.
One reviewer commented that the handles get hot and they do if you leave them against the sides of the pot, so take them out if not stirring. The handles are sturdy stainless steel and can be slick if you get oil on them. Considering how well they perform, this is no big deal to me.
Well worth the money. I liked them so much I got a set for my sister who also loves them.
