this purchasing process was excellent!the seller is prompt,courteous and customer service driven.the product was bought to replace my college students broken one.it was just what he needed,no frills,perfect working and practical condition. of course he would prefer something more hip with every bell and whistle conceivable, but then again,he'd rather drive a cadillac instead of the familys 8 year on minivan,too.
