I bought this book for the Year of Paul. The lessons were lengthy and were too difficult for just me and my husband. I think this workbook would be better with a larger group. Each lesson takes 1- 1/2 hours, we didn't finish the workbook because each one was longer than the one before.

I did not realize (or did not read the review closer) that this book was based on instructional format. I would suggest that this be included in the first lines of the synopsis of the book for others to be aware. The subject was very apropos and anjoyed reading those parts.

The Bible Study Guide for Catholics on St. Paul was full of depth and insights into the Church's teachings. We used it in a group of 13+ and the questions at the end of each chapter help go deeper into the reading material. I would use this again and again if a study on St. Paul were requested.

Not for the fainthearted, but an excellent study for individuals and groups willing to spend some time delving deeply into St. Paul's many teachings on the Sacraments, or you can skim through and still gain a better understanding of each of these gifts of grace.
