I'm not a cook by any stretch of the imagination and this book has helped me by simply simplfying the process. To top it off, it offers healthier versions of my favorite foods. This book is easy to use, anyone should be able to follow it. I highly recommend it for the novice cook and someone wanting to keep things healthy at the same time.

If you like cookbooks, than get this... if not, than dont waste your money. You really have to go by the recipes here because they are really different!! But most are good.. Ive found a few that I wont make twice=) but thats why you try them, right? I like they way she makes everything so easy..

I'm enjoying the recipes in this book and continue to find more that I want to try. The ones I have tried are delicious and the recipes are easy to follow.

After all the rave reviews this book has been getting I thought I'd try it out. I didn't research enough and am disappointed with all the sugar substitutes etc. Sure, it's low calories and low fat, but why not just eat fruit and veggies? I'll try some of the recipes, but some are almost all made up of processed or chemically altered foods, which give me headaches, and are generally unhealthy (in my opinion).
