good playmat, easy to clean, brightly colored. We put this down for our baby to play on since our house has hardwood floors. When not using it, we just slide it under the sectional. Some complaints I read were about this product coming apart easily; but it's a playmat, not a carpet. I would recommend this mat.

It does look very nice in my baby's room, however it is very thin(which surprised me),soft and scratchable. Our dog played with the baby on that mat and scratched it all over. After we got it on amazon I saw that mat at Ross store for only $11.99 No wonder!

This set is very pretty however I found it to be way too small. It is about 1/3 0f the size of the average abc mat sets. I bought two sets and put them together and still found it to be too small. Also I was left with extra pieces. You will probably need three sets for a medium to larger play area. I think that is pretty pricey for rubber mats. Maybe try the skip hop set if you want to spend that much. One final note, I found my sets in Marshalls for 14.99. You may have luck and find them at your store.
Perfect for hard floors January 8, 2010

I purchased this mat because I have a hard tiled floor in my living room and desperately needed a nice safe place for my daughter to play. She is now 5 months old and much more mobile. It is the perfect size for a small area with plenty of space for her to play. It is definitely not 1 inch thick but it is soft enough that she will not seriously hurt herself if she were to fall. It is also wonderfully stylish in pink, cream, and brown so it isn't like all of those rainbow colored alphabet mats. I plan on buying a second set to expand since I love this one so much and I would definitely recommend this mat to a friend. As a matter of fact I already have!
Edited to add: I just bought a second mat to expand. Also after further research I saw other mats of this quality go fo upwards of 70 dollars. Thi is by far a steal for the price!
Great looking and Durable December 15, 2009

We bought two of these mats so our daughter could play on our wood floors. The mat is perfect and although it is not the 1" thickness advertised it is still thick enough to cushion her well. We are constantly walking all over it and we have two large dogs who run across it all of the time - the mat stays together well. There are some small divets from the dogs nails, but nothing significant. Great product, we plan to get two more to enlarge her playing area.
