Baby will also love watching the tree frog and monkey play peek-a-boo in the leaves near a sparkling waterfall, while the toucan moves back and forth overhead. For added convenience, the toy bar is also a snap to remove for easy access to baby. The Rainforest Bouncer gives you the option of enjoying playtime with baby, or letting him or her play independently. The parent-activated mode features six longer, continuously playing songs, while the baby-activated mode--which kicks off when baby bats at the hanging toys to activate the light-up waterfall and peek-a-boo action--has six shorter songs plus three sound effects that serve as a reward for baby when he or she plays actively with the toys. I bought this from Amazon for my baby nephew, and he absolutely loves it. His parents call it the "Happy Fun Chair", and not only is it great as a bouncer, it stimultes my nephew's sense of sound and sight. It turned out to be a terrific gift, I'm glad other Amazon reviewers were able to steer me to the Rainforest Bouncer.

My 3 month old who does not like any other bouncers or swings LOVES this bouncer! From the moment we put her in it she started to smile. We had the lamb bouncer before and she hated it! She also didn't care too much for our Graco Swing however this bouncer has been a winner. Thank goodness!

My 3-month old son suffers from acid reflux. It is hard to keep him up for long hours every time he nurses. His bouncer is perfect since it does not fold his belly. Other chairs squeeze his stomach, but this one keeps the baby straight in an angle. Plus the blue light is soothing and has adorable songs. The chair is light enough to be carried with one arm while balancing the baby with the other.
