I received the mini jump-start combo promptly. Although it had a minor problem (the 8 LEDs did not all function properly), when I contacted the manufacturer directly, they quickly replaced the unit.
I purchased the jump starter to provide an emergency 12 volt power source as well as a portable power unit for a jump-start, should the occasion arise. I have used the 12 volt source and it functions well. I have not had an opportunity to use the jump-start capability, so I can't comment. Hopefully if and when I need it, it will be there for me.
