15 Fat Burning Foods - Eat Lots And Lose Fast !

The more fat burning foods that you consume, the more weight you will lose. It is a very simple process, find foods that taste great with little extra fat and you have found the secret to successful dieting.

These foods can mixed together to provide some variety, be eaten by themselves, or served in addition to other food items.

It is always a better idea to consume these foods first, because are very low in fat content, as they will tend to fill you up and leave little room for their fatty alternatives.

These low fat foods consist primarily of fruits and vegetables, which both good tasting and healthy sources and bulk and nutrition for your body.

The humble carrot is our first choice. Readily available, cheap and great tasting, the carrot is used for bulk as well as an ideal snack at any time when you just need to eat something.

Next is celery. Inexpensive, fast to prepare and easy to pack with a lunch. Great to use as an instant snack at any time. Another old legend says that you use more calories eating celery than the celery provides. Don't know if this is true or not, but I do know that celery supplies very few calories to your system.

Cabbage and lettuce both have lots of good bulk for your digestive tract and very little or no fat. As an added advantage, they also help to give you that full feeling, which you get when it is time to leave the table.

These are many more vegetables, which are great sources of vitamins and minerals, available to choose from. Asparagus, beans of all sorts, red beets, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes, to name a few.

When it comes to fruits, there are many choices available. Apples and oranges lead the list and are closely followed by the many different verities of berries, grapes and melons. All of these prove to be good natural sources of necessary vitamins and minerals for our body requirements.

For low fat content protein sources, you should consider the fish and fowl area. Almost any fish can supply low fat protein, but salmon is the best choice due to the omega 3 oils, which are great for good cholesterol content. The most common selection from the fowl category is the chicken with boneless, skinless breasts being the best product.
